Intimate Sunset Wedding at a Temecula Winery

This day was as picture perfect as you can get, and I’m so excited I was able to be there! To start with, Callaway Winery is one of those venues that has me running around like a puppy with too many toys. Everywhere I looked was another treasure of a photo location, it was almost too much! Not to mention the epic florals created by Soiree Floral Design, a totally unique cake fitting the “terracotta” theme, a lovely watercolor invitation suite (is anyone else obsessed with the watercolor wedding trend right now?), and the most gorgeous couple in love. I mean do they not just look like movie stars??

And if the flowers, cake and dapper tan tuxedo didn’t set the warm tones enough, nature chimed in with a most amazing sunset for the bride & groom’s formal portraits, as they danced away into their happily ever after.

All combined, this was intimate wedding day goals! It shows perfectly that you don’t have to skimp on beauty, location or design if you want to keep your big day small. I think this new age of intimate weddings should really be seen as an opportunity to create your actual dream wedding! Whether you plan an elopement at a beautiful vineyard like this, or plan a small backyard wedding, you can take the savings from having fewer guests, and invest in bigger and better flowers, the dress of your dreams, and your ideal wedding photographer.
